Shipping Policy

At Court Pocket, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered worldwide.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Holidays
  • Promotional periods
  • High order volume periods
  • Product launches
  • Unexpected operational delays

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated total timeframe:

  • Processing Time: 1โ€“2 business days
  • Shipping Time: Up to 10 business days

Total estimated delivery time: up to 12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Import duties
  • VAT
  • Taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Local handling charges

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Court Pocket is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Labor strikes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Supply chain issues
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Force majeure events

Delivery delays do not automatically qualify for refunds, compensation, or chargebacks.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the carrierโ€™s system.

In some cases, international tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination country or local carrier.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur
  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds may be reduced or denied

Court Pocket is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Court Pocket is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses

If a package is lost in transit, customers must contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation where applicable.


8. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to:

  • Failure to pay customs fees
  • Incorrect address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

we may deduct the following from any eligible refund:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees
  • Customs charges
  • Carrier handling fees

9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or shipping optimization.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers.


10. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain regions, countries, or addresses for logistical, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.


11. Force Majeure

Court Pocket shall not be held liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • War
  • Terrorism
  • Government actions
  • Customs holds
  • Carrier interruptions
  • Cyberattacks
  • Power outages
  • Labor disputes
